PASSADO

Forma afirmativa:

Singular: There was 

Plural: There were

Forma negativa:

Singular: There was not (there wasn't)

Plural: There were not (there weren't)

Forma interrogativa:

Singular: Was there?

Plural: Were there?

Exemplos no Singular:

Afirmativa: There was a girl outside. (Havia uma menina lá fora.)

Negativa: There wasn't a girl outside. (Não havia uma menina lá fora.)

Interrogativa: Was there a girl outside? (Havia uma menina lá fora?) 

Exemplos no Plural:

Afirmativa: There were five cats in the house. (Havia cinco gatos na casa.)
Negativa: There weren't five cats in the house. (Não havia cinco gatos na casa.)

FUTURO

Forma afirmativa:

Singular e plural: There will be  (There'll be)

Forma negativa:

Singular e plural: There will not be (There won't be)

Forma interrogativa:

Singular e plural: Will there be?

Exemplos :

Afirmativa: There will be a concert tomorrow.  (Haverá um concerto amanhã.)

Negativa: There won't be a concert tomorrow (Não haverá um concerto amanhã.)

Interrogativa: Will there be a concert tomorrow? (Haverá um concerto amanhã?
